How we get you found

Here is the path we follow for every client. It starts with research and ends with steady work each month to help you grow.

The five steps

  1. Keyword research

We start by finding the words your local customers type into Google when they need you. We look at what people search for in your part of London. We also look at what your nearest rivals show up for. Some searches get lots of visits but few buyers. Others come from people who are ready to book today. We look for those. By the end of this step, we know which words your site and Google profile should be built around. That way, every page and every post points the same way. It is the plan for everything that comes next.

Example of keyword research for a plumber in Kidbrooke: local Google searches listed with how often people make them, beside a map of the area.

  2. Site build

We write every word on your site before we build anything. Each page has one job. Each headline is written to get a visitor to call, book or send a message. We use the keywords from step one, so Google knows what each page is about. Then we build the site on WordPress. It loads fast, works well on phones and is set up so Google can read every page clearly. You see the whole site before launch. Nothing goes live until you approve it. Most sites are ready 2-3 weeks after we have your logo, photos and access.

  3. Google Business Profile

Your Google profile is often the first thing people see, even before your website. It is what shows up on the map when someone nearby searches. We set one up for you or fix the one you have. We pick the right categories, write your description and list your services. We add your hours, service area and photos. We also check your name, address and phone number on other big listing sites, so they all match. Then we give you a simple kit to ask happy customers for reviews. Reviews help new customers trust you.

  4. Monthly tracking and reporting

Each month, we check where you show up on Google for your chosen keywords. How many keywords we track depends on your plan: 3 on Starter, 5 on Growth and 10 on Premium. On Premium, we also track your local rivals. We put what we find into a one-page report in plain English. It tells you where you stand, what we did this month and what we plan to do next. There are no spreadsheets and no jargon. If something needs your input, the report says so plainly. You never have to chase us for an update.

  5. Ongoing growth

Once you are live, we keep going. Every month, we look at what is working and what could work better. That might mean a new page for a nearby area. It might mean new words on a page that gets visits but few enquiries. We keep your Google profile fresh with posts, photos and review replies. We write your social posts, and on Growth and Premium, your newsletters and local pages too. Small steps each month add up over time, and each report shows you what changed. We cannot promise rankings, but we can promise steady, honest work.

What happens after you book

  1. The free 30-minute call

On the call, we look at the services you picked on our site. We ask about your business, your customers and what you want more of. We may look at your website and Google profile together. Then we tell you honestly what we think would help most. If something you picked is not a good fit, we will say so. There is no pressure to buy.

  2. Your written proposal

After the call, we send you a written proposal. It lists the services we agreed, the prices and what is included. It also sets out the terms, including the 3-month minimum on monthly plans. Nothing starts until you have read it and said yes.

  3. Getting started

Once you say yes, we ask you for a few things:

    • Your logo
    • Photos of your work, your team or your premises
    • Access to your Google profile, website and social pages, where you have them
    • A short chat about your customers and what makes you different

The sooner we have these, the sooner we can start.

  4. Your first month

In the first month, we do the setup work. That might be your new website, your Google profile or your first content calendar, depending on what you chose. We also take a starting snapshot of where you show up on Google, so we can compare later.

  5. The monthly rhythm

By the 25th of each month, we send you a content calendar for the month ahead. You have 2 working days to approve it or ask for changes. If we do not hear back, it goes out as planned. You get one round of changes each month. Each month, you also get your one-page report.

  6. How to stop

Monthly plans have a 3-month minimum. After that, you can stop at any time with 30 days' notice. If we host your site and you leave, we hand you a full copy. You always own your domain.
